Love the pose and the composition. She really pops off the page! c:
The colour scheme really compliments the background, too. Very warm and desert-like.

I can't help but ask though; is that an eye in her bellybutton? lol

As I told in a previous comment, the red circle background has a meaning, quite evident if you put this image over white, but I found there's a lot of details in this image which meanings that link between them... A real art critic is needed!)

i get the "you must have so much patience" alot :3... takes me a hell of a long time... i spent many late nights into early moring to get this done in four weeks :P...
