..Man, looking at my review and a bunch of other ones on your page, don't you find that everyone's critiques on here are useless and pretentious..??? D.A's are so much more thought-out and helpful.. :\ Here, it's just a bunch of teens whining about something that should be taken into account as artistic style / technique. That, or they have it in their minds that they can do better or something -- arg. D:

as for scouting just go to the art portal, and on the left side of the page theres a link to Unscouted artists. Browse through those and if you see someone you like, there will be a scout option instead of a vote bar, and thats it!
